Art - Badlime's art services will be quoted on an individual case basis. Badlime will require either an Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop format (.ai, .eps, .cdr, .pdf, .psd, .png, .jpeg, .tiff). Art proofs are to be sent with this order verification and must be approved prior to production. Under Runs - We reserve the right to bill and ship 3% under the quantity ordered. Exact Runs: $25 additional fee Spoilage Allowance - All orders are subject to a 3% spoilage or one item (whichever is greater). If exact quantities are needed, the customer is responsible for replacing the necessary items within the spoilage allowance. Badlime is not responsible for manufacturer defects in apparel items. Abandoned orders - Any order not picked up within 90 days of order completion will be assumed abandoned and will be donated to a local charity. Customer will still be held responsible for payment. 3% processing fees will apply to all credit card payments Check-in Policy - Badlime will make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy during the garment check-in process. However, Badlime will not be held responsible for minor discrepancies in color, particularly those involving shades deemed similar or variations arising from different dye lots when multiple vendors are used to source the same item. Decorated orders must be checked-in by customer/end user immediately upon receipt of order. Any discrepancies, damage, or other issues must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to check in and report issues promptly may result in the forfeiture of claims related to order discrepancies. Any order that requires and art change/adjustment once approval of art based on a customer request is subject to a $25.00 change fee. Refund Policy

All products sold via our merch stores are custom made on demand, per order. Badlime will provide items as outlined on your order. While the size of items should be true to the size ordered, we are not able to guarantee fit. As such, barring decoration defects, Badlime does not accept exchanges or returns for merch store transactions when sizing is called into question. Scrapped items are not returned with complete order.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 7-10 business days unless stated otherwise. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
